The Wholesale Convenience commercial team who form part of the Away from Home Team. The Wholesale & convenience environment in Great Britain is a diverse, exciting and challenging one. The landscape is constantly changing, Wholesalers and retailers adopting different strategies to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and mergers and acquisitions blurring traditional boundaries.

Our National Account teams have the responsibility to set and lead our strategy within each of our customers, developing and implementing joint customer plans for each account reflecting their specific strategies. Senior Managers and National Account Managers within these teams have full accountability for leading and managing CCEP’s commercial agenda with our customers and internally across our business. Reporting into the Associate Director for Wholesale you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 National Account Managers whilst also working collaboratively with Field Sales, ecommerce, Finance, Category, Commercial development, RGM, Legal and Customer Logistics to deliver long term value sales revenue and profit for both CCEP & the Customer.

  • Creation of Business Plans to deliver growth for CCEP, the customer and the total category
  • Construction and negotiation of commercial terms
  • Responsibility to maximise return on investment
  • Leadership of teams around the wider business to deliver on Business Plans
  • Management of large-scale account P&Ls
  • Input on the total Wholesale, Environment and AFH CCEP strategy
  • Coaching to develop teams skills and knowledge
  • Leading the performance agenda, including leading and driving an open feedback culture
  • Creating a positive and inspiring working environment for the team

What we expect of you

Previous commercial and customer management experience is essential for this role. You must demonstrate the ability to lead, make an impact and be accountable for driving results. You will be an excellent communicator, analytical, have good commercial acumen and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to deliver strong commercial deals for CCEP. You will exhibit evidence of collaborative business planning and influencing senior stakeholders.
