We have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Manager to join our busy GB L&D team supporting across our Supply Chain business
In this role, you will be leading and developing a team of L&D professionals across GB and work closely with the SC leadership team to manage the L&D needs across GB for end-to-end Supply Chain functions.
The L&D senior manager will need to be a true business partner and work with the GB SC VP, and their leadership team, to lift the level of L&D interventions, to increase usage of the Academy (our internal Learning Management System) and continue to implement the 70/20/10 learning delivery.
This is a very challenging and highly developmental role, affording the successful candidate the opportunity to work with senior levels of the organization on a diverse range of cross-business and strategic initiatives and lead a team to success.
The major areas of responsibility will be the management of the Learning & Development needs for Supply Chain; including needs analysis, planning, delivery, reporting & evaluation, to ensure excellence in executing key learning interventions and accurate reporting on these. In addition you will lead a team of L&D experts, based in the sites or headquarters. The role will be both hands on and strategic and will need to deliver clear KPIs which are strategically aligned to the business. The role will report to the Director, Learning & Development Supply Chain CCEP and will provide vital links with the various Engineering and Technology leaders (i.e. Cold Drinks Operations, Asset Care, Operational Excellence) to implement training and strategy across the region.
