What you become part of:
You will be a part of the GB Supply Chain function for which the Commercialisation department resides alongside, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Allocation and Deployment. You will be based in the heart of our operations, at the Corporate Head Office in Uxbridge, London.
The Commercialisation team are responsible for project managing business change initiatives e.g. product innovation or pack changes across CCEP’s portfolio. They collaborate extensively with The Coca-Cola Company, CCEP Sales and Marketing and all Supply Chain Functions to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
What to expect:
- Lead the full range of project lifecycle activities from project initiation to project closure, identifying, assessing and documenting key dependencies and risks as highlighted by various stakeholder groups
- Ensure all project plans and key project documents are available on time and are accurate to enable delivery to cost, service, quality & time.
- Lead project team meetings and other methods of communication demonstrating strong meeting management and facilitation skills to champion quality outputs at all times
- Build stakeholder management plan with the project team to ensure right levels of engagement escalating issues and risks
- Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, issues and highlighting any risks to the senior teams to enable effective decision making
Skills & Essentials:
- Degree level or similar
- Project management process knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate strong meeting management, facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong initiative for problem solving and framing alternative solutions
- Working knowledge of the Supply Chain
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment, typically with experience in either Supply Chain, procurement, R&D, marketing or project management is desirable
