Finance Manager, Direct Procurement 
Part-time position working 3 days a week

What you become part of:

Being part of the Finance Team supporting/ business partnering and challenging Procurement and providing the business with financial insides in the complex areas of commodities.

What to expect:

  • Finance Business Partner for Procurement; managing Closures, Corrugated & Board, CapriSun Compound & Pouches over all CCEP Europe Countries
  • Support and challenge Direct Procurement on all financial impacts:
    • supplier negotiations
    • projects
    • new supplier introduction
    • change in price mechanism
    • hedge impacts
  • Analyze and validate market projections and their financial impact for future Procurement decisions
  • Modeling financials to support supplier negotiations, understand the drivers and the impact on the business of contract changes 
  • Build effective relationships with all Procurement and Finance stakeholders, which are spread across multiple locations in Europe
  • Owning the Long Range Plan, Annual Business Plan and Outlook for the above categories in close collaboration with the Procurement team
  • Calculate the standards for the Annual Business Plan
  • In charge of Foreign Currency exposure forecast for above categories
  • Enabling and managing process improvement projects

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Finance, (Applied) Economics or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a strong preference of Business Controlling
  • Proven experience supporting Business in providing financial insights
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must
  • Proficient in English.  Another language (French/German/Spanish) is a plus
  • Cultural sensitivity for working in a cross-country, cross-cultural environment
