Your tasks:

  • Management of extensive investment projects in the field of Engineering & Technology across all BUs (but 75% to 80% in BU residence) with a focus on Warehouse & Logistics from definition and planning to implementation and subsequent tracking.
  • Elaboration and development of specific technical and economic solutions for warehousing and logistics capacities and optimization projects up to €50m.
  • Definition of project scope, project objectives and project results, taking into account strategic business requirements, corporate objectives and the required resources including the development of fully comprehensive project plans, continuous tracking of the project budget, schedule and objectives using appropriate project management tools
  • Manage project safety and safe design processes
  • Management and technical leadership of the project teams (internal and external staff) including mentoring and coaching of the project staff
  • Planning and controlling of the project budget and resource allocation
  • From time to time anticipate being allocated to projects in other disciplines (Process & Utilities or Filling & Packaging) according to CCEP needs

Your profile:

  • Completed university studies with relevant professional experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering, ideally in the beverage industry and or logistic & warehouse  activity.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in project management and as a facilitator and trainer
  • Knowledge of change projects and very good communication skills
  • Assertiveness, persuasiveness, decisiveness

 

Shift work:                                  No
Travel activity:                            50 - 75 %
Scheduled start date:                as soon as possible

Working hours:                          38 hours/week
