To strengthen our People & Culture department, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by supporting your Hiring Managers in their talent acquisition strategy while collaborating closely with the HR BP’s.
At CCEP, you will ensure sourcing and hiring from junior to senior manager positions in supply chain, commercial and corporate roles.
In a nutshell, you will:
Deliver Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding the top talents.
You will be responsible to engage with candidates through several channels, attract and hire our future colleagues.
Act as a Business Enabler: supporting hiring managers in their needs of highly skilled talents in a fast-paced environment.
You will ensure fulfillment of strategical and commercial objectives providing the right talent at the right time.
Be a Trusted Partner: candidate experience is at heart of every action you’ll take.
Therefore, you will actively participate to projects such as employer branding actions, social media strategy, diversity & inclusion plans, young graduates campaigns, talent pipeline building and new way of hiring.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor or Master in HR, Business, Economics, Law
Fluency in Dutch and French, excellent command of English
At least 5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role
Ideally a combined track record of external (agency, RPO or consultancy) and internal roles
Interview methods, assessment & business cases analysis and active headhunting
Junior to senior management profiles
At ease with digital screening and interviewing
Digital capabilities: LinkedIn, SoMe, Jobboards and any complex ATS knowledge (SuccessFactor is a strong plus)
To be a tenacious self-starter with the ability to be adaptable to challenge & change.
High levels of influencing and communications skills.
Excellent prioritization and organization skills
High energy levels, engaging personality with a positive attitude.
